In 1988, six visionary Christians sat around a kitchen table with a dream.
That dream - to take the Christian Gospel to every corner of Australia through media.
Now nearly four decades later, that dream is a reality….and how!
Today, Vision Christian Media reaches over a million people each month through its extensive nationwide radio network, its online media and through various printed publications.
People right across Australia have, and continue to be, impacted in positive ways by Vision’s resources.
Vision’s progress could never have happened without a clear God focussed Mission and the support and faithfulness of many people.
Vision’s Mission:
To be a trusted, consistent and unifying voice in the Australian community to encourage, challenge and affirm people in the Christian faith.
Vision’s commitment and faithfulness to this Mission, and God’s ongoing provision, has paved the way for Vision’s remarkable growth.
About Vision:
Vision is a non-profit, follower-funded Christian media ministry taking God’s Word to every corner of Australia through broadcast, online and print media.
Vision Christian Radio broadcasts live across Australia via over 750 transmitters a mix of uplifting music, topical news and discussions, along with empowering Bible teachings all designed to start or deepen a Christian’s walk with Jesus.
Vision also produces and distributes a widely read daily devotional The Word for Today which has touched millions around the world. The Word for Today is available in printed form and online.
Podcasts, Tours, Prayer support and more are also among Vision’s offerings.

Vision is an independent non-profit Christian charity predominantly funded by everyday people motivated to help fellow Aussies look to God daily. Many have themselves been helped by Vision and know firsthand that this is “good soil.”
